I founded Wildflowers in 2016 because professional women deserved spaces where ambition and authenticity could coexist.

Nine years on, the most transformative moments haven't been in the networking - they've been in the coaching conversations. Helping women and people of colour navigate self-doubt, career transitions, and the systemic barriers that masquerade as personal failings.

Now I'm making it official. Completing my ICF accreditation and launching Wildflowers Coaching in summer 2026 - bringing formal structure to work I've been doing instinctively for years.
